Moving existing employees into apprenticeship opportunities is one of the most meaningful contributions Tenon Clearwood can make to the education and personal growth of its people. To support this objective the Tenon Employee Growth Fund is supporting Tenon Clearwood Employees apprentices to Level 4 qualifications in either Mechanical Engineering (Maintenance), Timber Machining or Saw Doctoring The apprentices receiving this support are Charles Kilmister, Peter Carter, Jake Crofskey, Brock Lyons, Cade Register, Wihiri Puku, Karlena Ritete and Tarukenui Vercoe.
