The Chester family have been supported by the Tenon Employee Growth Fund over many years for various educational and skill building courses and programmes. The five children, namely Rachel, Jacob, Eden and Rebekah have received funding for academic tuition, to help them with learning challenges, music lessons and the annual School Grants, since 2015. Eden is also being supported with her studies towards a Bachelor of Primary Education.
