Applicant: Kate Pilkinton

Kate received support from the Tenon Employee Growth Fund for her studies towards a Masters in Management, specialising in Human Resource Management that she studied through Massey University and successfully achieved in 2023.

Kate has also been supported by the Fund to complete various job-related courses of study thereby increasing her knowledge and skill.

Kate says, “I am appreciative of the support the Fund provided to allow me the opportunity to complete this degree. Without the funding I would never have considered completing this study.”
