Tenon Clearwood Employee : Peter Carter

The entire Carter Family has benefited from support from the Tenon Employee Growth Fund over several years. The children – Vera 8, Alexandra 5 and Nikolas 15 months have received funding for swimming lessons and their Mum, Tatiana, reports they are all confident at their respective levels. 

Vera also receives funding for academic tuition with Taupo Tutoring. Tatiana says “the tutor, Kaylene, is great to deal with and communicates weekly progress with pleasing results.”

The children have also benefited from the School and Device Grants over the years and Tatiana has been supported to complete various career-related courses of study.

Peter was a participant in the Step-Up to Mortise programme and has been supported to complete other job-related courses.

The Family says, “We appreciate the support the Fund provides which shows genuine care for our wellbeing and long term success.”
