Andrew’s son Boaz received funding from the Tenon Employee Growth Fund towards his tennis coaching fees over a number of years, a parent/child weekend on the Spirit of Adventure ship, the School Grants over several years and a number of leadership activities during his college years including the Blue Light Boat Camp programme run by the NZ Police.

Andrew’s wife Dianna was supported by the Fund to attend art classes and Andrew has received funding for a number of work-related courses including communication and leadership skills and trade-focused courses.

Andrew says, “the funding has enabled us to give Boaz exposure to activities we would not otherwise been able to give to him.  We are very grateful for the support, in particular Sue was very helpful in all our dealings and showing us how to make the most of the funding opportunities.”
